Everday, nearly 3 million people around the world travel on planes. But in a world dominated by being your own travel agent and naming your own price, there is very little brand loyalty.
Travelers pick the cheapest flights and endure the experience to their destination, rather than truly enjoy their traveling experience. So the question was, how could we create a way to increase brand loyalty for United?
Alex Schaeffer (Copywriter/Word to my Picture) and I developed SOAR, a digital platform for United. SOAR takes the time that you spend off the plane and connects it with the time you spend on the plane.
